Electrical infrastructure
We have redundant access from two different substations: Heredia and Belén, interconnected by an automatic fiber optic transfer system with a capacity of 21 MVA; operated by the Public Services Company of Heredia (E.S.P.H.).
Telecommunications infrastructure
- Redundant fiber optic connection supplied by two independent accesses located one southeast of the free zone (main entrance) and the other northwest of the park.
- Availability of pipelines for different national suppliers, according to their convenience.
- Our suppliers have the following international connections:
- Atlantic Ocean cable MAYA and ARCOS
- Pacific Ocean with LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS and GLOBAL CROSSING
- Land route with REDCA.
- Availability of digital, analog and data transfer lines.
Other services
Parking and Shuttle Tower
- Parking tower with capacity for 500 vehicles.
- Shuttle for internal transfer to and from the parking tower.
Public transport
Exclusive for greater welfare and safety of the employees of the Condominium in the following routes:
- Global Park – San José and viceversa.
- Global Park – Heredia and viceversa.
- Global Park – San Antonio of Belén and viceversa.
- Global Park - San Rafael of Alajuela and viceversa.
- Global Park - Alajuela and viceversa.
Offices for Customs
According to the provisions of Law 7210 of the Free Zone Regime, the project has trained personnel for proper control and customs registration.
Medical Clinic
Company doctor service under the modality of mixed medicine through the Costa Rican Social Security Fund with hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 m.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
